All videos and photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual results may vary. Always obey local laws and regulations and ensure that the drone has the necessary certificates and airspace clearances before flying. ** All data tested with a production model DJI Neo 2 in a controlled environment. Actual experience may vary depending on location, usage pattern and firmware version. *** All images, videos and screen content related to the product on this page are for reference only. The full-body vision system assists in flight safety only under certain conditions and does not replace your own judgment and control. During flight, always pay attention to the surrounding environment and the warnings in the DJI Fly app and remember your responsibility for controlling the drone. The optimal altitude range for the line-of-sight positioning system is 0.5 – 10 m, which is used in the absence of a GPS signal. System performance may decrease when flying outside this range. Fly with caution. The vision system may not function properly when flying over water, which may prevent the aircraft from avoiding the water surface below it when landing. Operators must maintain control of the drone at all times, make decisions based on an assessment of the surrounding environment, and avoid relying solely on the vision system. It cannot recognize certain objects or surfaces, including large structures with frames and cables (e.g., pylons, high-voltage power lines and pylons, overhead cables, cable-stayed bridges); surfaces with no texture or very weak texture; surfaces with repeating identical patterns or textures (e.g., small tiles in the same color); solid surfaces (e.g. solid black, solid white, solid red, solid green); highly reflective or mirrored surfaces (e.g. ice, road signs); water or transparent surfaces; surfaces of moving objects (e.g. moving crowds, swaying branches or tall grass); moving obstacles (e.g. walking dogs, moving vehicles); scenes with a sharp change in illumination; extremely dark surfaces (e.g. below 1 lux) or extremely bright (above 100,000 lux); materials with strong infrared absorption or reflection (e.g. mirrors, glass, road signs, asphalt); small obstacles (e.g. fences, branches, power lines); thin pylons or small vertical objects (e.g. streetlight poles). Do not obstruct or obstruct the sensor system under any circumstances. Make sure all lenses are clean, free of dust, smudges, or other contaminants, and not scratched. The vision system cameras may require calibration after prolonged use. A message will appear in the DJI Flow app and calibration will be performed automatically. Do not fly in rain, fog or visibility less than 100 m. Before takeoff, check the glass surfaces of the sensor system. Remove any protective films, stickers or other coatings. If there are water droplets, fingerprints or stains, clean the glass with a non-absorbent, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or other organic solvents. If the glass surface is loose, cracked, scratched, or worn, take the drone to an authorized service center. For more details, see the user manual. Observe the following conditions and precautions when using gesture control: Make sure the surrounding area is safe and avoid moving objects, animals, or vehicles. Do not use gesture control in areas with small or thin objects (e.g. branches, power lines), transparent objects (glass, water), or solid-colored surfaces (e.g. white walls). Use this feature only in suitable lighting conditions. Gesture control does not work in lighting conditions below 5 lux or above 100,000 lux. It is only supported in Strolight or Follow modes and is not available when using the remote or motion controller. Keep the drone approximately 2 – 5 m away from the operator when using this feature. Keep your fingers fully extended – the feature does not work with thick gloves or mittens, and the subject must be fully visible in the frame, without being obscured. When using Return to Palm, maintain a horizontal distance of 2 – 5 m between the drone and your palm and a vertical distance of no more than 2 m. If the function does not respond from a close distance, correct the drone’s position using gestures or move to avoid “blind” zones and try again. To make the drone land, raise one arm, hold it within 10 m horizontally from the arm, extend it fully and do not raise both arms at the same time, as this will prevent the drone from landing. It is recommended to use the ActiveTrask function in open areas. Refer to the user manual for unsuitable scenarios or those where recording may be interrupted. In complex environments with many obstacles, use Auto mode with increased caution to ensure flight safety and personal safety. When using hand-held takeoff and landing, follow these instructions: work in a windless environment if possible; extend your hand horizontally and keep it still, avoiding contact between your fingers and the propellers to prevent injury; do not try to catch the drone in the air. “Universal Flight” refers to the DJI Neo 2’s ability to fly both indoors and outdoors, with significantly improved performance over the DJI Neo, especially when flying over water or snow. Always comply with local laws and regulations, certification requirements and airspace permits, and be sure you have all necessary permits before flying. Flight performance may be poor if the drone is near monochromatic, opaque, or poorly textured surfaces with poor GPS signal. Always fly carefully and in good lighting. When flying over water, maintain a height of at least 1 m for safety. For more details, see the user manual. The maximum resolution in vertical shooting mode is 2.7K. Requires DJI Goggles N3 or DJI Goggles 3, as well as DJI RC Motion 3 or DJI FPV Remote Controller 3. When using DJI Neo 2, always obey local laws and regulations and ensure safe flight. Supports English and Mandarin only. Requires DJI Neo 2 to connect to a mobile phone via Wi-Fi. Visit the DJI Fly app download page for mobile device compatibility and a list of Bluetooth-enabled devices for Bluetooth compatibility. Requires DJI Neo 2 Digital Transceiver, as well as the appropriate remote controller and goggles. These can be purchased as part of certain kits or separately. The video transmission distance of 10 km is achievable only with the FSS standard. Measured in an open environment without obstacles and distractions, with a remote or goggles, and represents the maximum one-way coverage during flight without return for any standard. The actual maximum video transmission distance in practical flight scenarios is limited by the maximum flight range of the drone. Always follow the RTN notifications in the live view during flight. The maximum speed is measured in an open, windless environment, when taking off from zero altitude and controlled by remote control. Data for reference only. 4K/100fps slow-motion recording is only supported when using a remote or motion controller. The stabilization toggle (On/Off) is only available when connected to glasses. When stabilization is off, the captured footage supports offline stabilization with GoPro. The number of batteries that can be charged at the same time depends on the power of the charger used. When charging above 45 W, three batteries can be charged at the same time. When charging between 30 W and 45 W, two batteries can be charged at the same time. When charging below 30 W, the batteries are charged sequentially – from the highest to the lowest charge. Run supported protocols. Measured in a lab environment with minimal interference in countries/regions that support both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz. Download speeds may vary based on actual conditions. Measured in forward flight at 4 m/s in a windless environment, 20 m above sea level, without DJI Neo 2 Digital Transceiver, with camera settings of 1080p/30fps, video mode off, and from 100% to 0% battery charge. Results may vary depending on conditions, actual usage, and firmware version. Measured after activating DJI Neo 2, with a fully charged battery and factory settings, using Seaplane, Rocket and Drone modes, for reference only. Measured weight does not include DJI Neo 2 Digital Transceiver. Actual weight may vary due to differences in batch materials and external factors. Actual product weight may vary due to differences in batch materials and external factors. Measured in forward flight at 2 m/s in still air, 20 m above sea level, with camera settings 1080p/30fps, video mode off, and battery charge from 100% to 0%. Results may vary depending on conditions, actual usage, and firmware version. Measured in an open outdoor environment without distractions.
